Meet The Team

Doug leads Jagemann Stamping Co. as President, bringing more than two decades of experience in sales, operations, and business development. He has guided teams through growth, turnaround initiatives, and new market expansions, including opening a manufacturing facility in Mexico that generated significant revenue within its first two years. Before joining Jagemann, Doug held senior leadership roles at Bemis Manufacturing and Maysteel Industries. He earned his Executive MBA from the Lubar College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wittenberg University.

H.B. oversees operations at Jagemann Stamping Co., with expertise in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization. Since joining Jagemann in 2022, he has advanced from Director of Continuous Improvement to Director of Operations, applying a background in value stream management and engineering leadership. His previous experience includes management roles at Bemis Manufacturing, Parker Hannifin, and Harris Products Group. H.B. holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Scott directs Human Resources at Jagemann Stamping Co., focusing on employee engagement, development, and organizational growth. He joined the company in 2021 after serving in HR leadership positions at RENCO Machine Company, UTC Aerospace Systems, Mid Valley Industries, and Orion Energy Systems. Scott holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Ed leads engineering and innovation efforts at Jagemann Stamping Co., bringing decades of experience in automation, customer engagement, and engineering leadership. Before joining Jagemann in 2022, he held senior leadership roles at HS Inc. Automation, where he worked closely with customers to develop practical, performance-driven solutions. At Jagemann, Ed helps bridge customer needs with engineering and manufacturing expertise, supporting the development of cost-effective tooling and precision stamping solutions across multiple industries.

As Vice President of Sales at Jagemann Stamping Co., John supports customer relationships and business growth across the company’s metal stamping operations. He works closely with customers and internal teams to help move projects forward and support long-term partnerships.
