Precision in Every Metal Stamping Service
At Jagemann Stamping, quality is part of every step of our metal stamping manufacturing process. From the first coil of material to the final inspection, our processes are designed to protect accuracy, maintain consistency, and deliver parts that meet the exact requirements of each customer.
We operate under a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. These systems support the consistency, traceability, and performance our customers count on, whether the job involves deep draw stamping, fineblanking, or progressive die runs.
Our quality approach integrates engineering, tooling, operations, and inspection into a single, coordinated process. Critical characteristics are identified early, inspection methods are defined during launch, and production controls are aligned with part geometry and volume expectations.
Our Quality Philosophy
We believe the best results come from the right combination of people, customer service, and technology. That means:
- Skilled operators and engineers who take ownership of every part stamped metal part they produce.
- Clear communication from order to delivery.
- Advanced inspection equipment and documented verification processes that verify every critical dimension and functional requirement.
Our goal is simple: deliver high-quality products, on time, at a fair price, and keep improving every day.
Process Control and Production Monitoring
Our quality program is built to prevent defects, not just detect them. Production runs are supported by disciplined setup verification and defined in-process monitoring activities designed to maintain repeatability across thousands or millions of parts. That includes:
- In-process monitoring to catch variations before they affect production.
- Documented setup validation prior to full production release.
- Full traceability of materials and processes for every precision metal stamping project.
- Calibrated measurement tools and equipment maintained to the highest standards.
- Continuous improvement initiatives that refine methods, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.
With these systems in place, Jagemann is recognized as a reliable metal stamping manufacturer for manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
Vision Inspection & Process Control
Vision Inspection & Process Control
Jagemann incorporates inspection equipment and process controls throughout production to verify critical features and maintain consistency across complex metal stamping programs. Vision systems, in-process checks, and precision measurement methods can be used to confirm part presence, dimensional characteristics, surface condition, and other defined requirements before components move downstream.
Early identification of variation helps the team separate non-conforming parts quickly, protect downstream operations, and maintain production flow. This added level of verification supports repeatability across deep draw stamping, fineblanking, and progressive die runs while reinforcing launch control and long-term process stability.
Because tooling, stamping, inspection, and secondary operations are managed under one roof, customers benefit from tighter communication, fewer handoffs, and stronger visibility throughout the life of a program. An integrated approach supports consistent quality, faster problem solving, and greater confidence in every part shipped.
Tooling Control and Equipment Capability
Tooling Control and Equipment Capability
Because Jageman designs, builds, and maintains tooling in-house, we maintain tighter control over dimensional stability and long-term performance. Tool wear, alignment, and forming consistency are monitored throughout the life of a program to support repeatable results.
Our 200,000-square-foot facility houses more than 70 presses ranging from 15 to 700 tons, supporting deep draw stamping, fineblanking, and progressive die runs. Press capability, tooling design, and secondary operations are aligned to maintain consistency across high-volume production environments.
Integrated secondary processes such as deburring, machining, washing, and pressure testing are managed under one roof to reduce handoffs and strengthen overall process control.
Environmental, Health, & Safety Commitment
Environmental, Health, & Safety Commitment
Quality at Jagemann extends beyond the parts we make. We are committed to reducing environmental impact, improving workplace safety, and complying with all applicable regulations. Our Environmental, Health & Safety Policy supports energy efficiency, waste reduction, and pollution prevention to create a safer, more sustainable manufacturing environment.
